I believe the AU specs support non-realtime AUs (not sure about
support for multi-pass capability though).
Are you sure that GB and STP support offline AUs? I'm not sure that
they do, I've never seen an offline AU in GB...
@Apple: What would be the (Apple) recommended host to test these types
of AUs with anyway?
