Apple Loops Utility Question

Is this the proper forum to address issues regarding the Apple Loop Utility?
I noticed that Apple released a version 2.0.1 with the logic studio
installation. This version removes ID3 tags when saving a file. Is this
deliberate? How has the apple loop spec changed from version 1.3.1 of the
utility?
