| Ok maybe, but I´m looking at online documentation and followed a link from ExtendedAudiofile.h docs. The page that says that it´s obsolete is from 2008-10-1.

In the documentation I have (and I believe that I have the latest) there is no mention of ABL being deprecated and I don't think this makes sense as almost everything in CoreAudio depends on this data type... Maybe someone from Apple can shed some light on this??
