SCAudioBufferFill Encode Bit Rates

Hello All,

I am trying to figure out how to get the available bit rates from the Standard Audio compression component. If I was using the AudioConverter, I would use AudioConverterGetProperty(compressor, kAudioConverterApplicableEncodeBitRates, &size, bitrates), however, I cannot find any method to get this info from the Standard Audio Component.

I cannot use AudioConverter because this code has to run under Quicktime for Windows, and the AudioToolbox is not available.

Where should I look for further documentation on the Standard Audio Compression component.
