Ahaa, here we go :) This is exactly what I was hoping for - someone with
a similar problem but different hardware. Thanks for speaking up!

Which hardware model is that? How much RAM is installed?

Let's see - I'll check the kernel_task thing as soon as I am presented a
machine with that error.
