Hi,
I found the cause of my problem. I used kAudioUnitSubType_VoiceProcessingIO unit instead of kAudioUnitSubType_RemoteIO unit. And this VoiceProcessingIO unit has the echo suppression function which would not let my recored voice repeated to my speaker. But anyway, the simulator and device behave differently in this setting.

What's the format (as expressed by an AudioStreamBasicDescription) that you're using? Possible that you're using a format that doesn't work on the device hardware (e.g., floating-point samples in PCM).
Are you checking the OSStatus returned from every Core Audio call to ensure you're not getting an error somewhere?

I can play this very well on the simulator but on device having problem. All callback functions work correctly, but no sound produced.
