You can't.
The variation and complexity between a desktop machine and the various iOS devices make it a challenging (and ultimately unrewarding) task to emulate that hardware environment. So, we decided not to. The simulator is a software emulation tool, but it is not sufficient for you to ship any product on that makes even a modest use of hardware features. So, you will need to test your app on a device.
