I don't wish to be rude, but if you don't know enough theory to stitch together various sound samples to make them all play together then I suggest you're trying to run before you can walk.

I think your best bet might be to step back from the program you're trying to develop, and read some music and audio theory books.  I think you'll find a lot of your problems will then be a lot easier to solve.
