Hi everyone,
I'm working on a series of Audio Unit plug-ins that would greatly benefit from supporting live resize of the window. Similarly to Apple's FilterDemo project, I've had a fair amount of success with this in AU Lab. However, both my development plug-in and FilterDemo do not respond well to live resize in Logic. Dragging the window's resize control in Logic causes the window to enlarge within about a +40 pixel margin around the original view size before it refuses to be enlarged any further. During the resize, the view itself remains its original size.
Is there a tried and true recipe for making an Audio Unit plug-in with a Cocoa UI respond correctly to live resize in all AU hosts?
