ardour uses JACK for all audio I/O. it uses its own internal graph(s)
to manage plugins and related matters. there is no SystemOutput plugin
in this user's session at all, just 4 graphic EQ and one multiband
compressor. JACK doesn't use AU's for I/O - it talks directly to the
HAL - but either way this is irrelevant since JACK is separate process
from ardour.
