Hi,
I have a
requirement to change the output level that we see in the system prefs
programmatically
I am changing this
via kAudioDevicePropertyVolumeScalar for an internal sound
card
The same is not
changing the output level in case of an external audio card
I observed that
using openAL and alsource(AL_GAIN....) I am able to observe the output level
change in the audio for an external card
Will AL_GAIN yield
same result as kAudioDevicePropertyVolumeScalar for setting the
levels
