DLS synth and iOS 4.2

Does anyone know if iOS 4.2 includes CoreAudio's DLS synth? Including MIDI out is nice, but it would be better to be able to do synth stuff without connecting to another piece of hardware... So, every few months I ask about this. Can't find mention of the topic anywhere.
