Hi all,
is there any example project that demonstrates how to write a format
converter AU? I am in need to write an AU that creates a stream of
data of a different length (in terms of playback time) from an audio
track. Is an 'aufc' the right way to go in this case? Is there any
application that supports this type of AU for testing? AULab? Logic?
So far I have modified the ReverseOfflineUnit sources by #defining
COMP_TYPE to be kAudioUnitType_FormatConverter but AULab doesn't seem
to recognize it. Since there is no documentation I have no idea where
to start. Has anybody successfully done this before?
