DVCPROHDAudio.plugin Errors

Although Core Audio seems to be running OK, I've started getting these errors when I call AUGraphInitialize()

I don't have such a plugin, nor a HAL directory.

Is there any way to get rid of this? There are numerous reports on the web about this, mostly from audio/video end-users. Haven't seen any developer suggestions, though.
