I have a built an application for OS X that records from a digital audio device connected via USB.  For some reason, after a certain point, I get the following output every time I start the recorder.

2011-08-16 19:12:13.031 MyRecorder[141:903] AddRunningClient starting device on non-zero client count

2011-08-16 19:12:43.041 MyRecorder[141:903] AQMEIO_Base::DoStartIO: timeout

2011-08-16 19:12:43.318 MyRecorder[141:903] AQMEDevice::StartIO: error -66681

2011-08-16 19:12:43.319 MyRecorder[141:903] aq@0x101839a00: using invalid anchor time
