I still have not found anyone who seem to be able to answer that question. Experiments as well as some code I found online both seem to imply it is perfectly fine to have multiple AUGraphs providing output to the Remote-I/O Unit, however it wouldn't be the first time, that something seems working and then all of a sudden acts strange or breaks completely and when I file it as a bug, the answer is "This was never allowed in the first place and it was plain coincident that this was ever working for you".
