I've spent most of the day trying to get microphone input to iOS working. I've been looking at a couple examples, and can't figure out what significant is different between my code and the code that works.

Audio output is working fine. Audio input is not. If I understand the process correctly, I should be able to set things up so that a single callback function handles input and output, with a single buffer supplying mic input data and then transporting output data to the speakers. 

If anyone wouldn't mind taking a quick look at this code and telling me if anything jumps out at you as being wrong, I'd sure appreciate it.
