Nevermind. Removing the 'Export Symbols File' in the linking options
actually did work.
I had a wrong polarity '#ifdef' around the listening code. ( 9_9 )
Thanks.
Back soon, no doubt. : )
Dave.
Hi, I'm trying to make a Carbon and Cocoa compatible audio plug-in, but
because I don't have the COMPONENT_ENTRY for the Cocoa build, I get an
error in the 'Export Symbols' '.exp' file.
Is there a way of excluding the exports file from the Cocoa view? Or
perhaps not having to do view exports in Carbon at all?
Thanks,
Dave.
Hello, just to follow on.
For Carbon:
If I delete the exports reference from the linking options, I get the GUI
but it's not connected to the Audio Unit.
If I put back the exports with only the AU in the text, I get the AU but
now the GUI goes blank. I can't get both.
I've tried every combination, and checked the syntax. There must be
something simple I'm missing.
This is driving be crazy now, any ideas please?
Dave.
