you can record as much samples from analog synth as you wish.
what you should not do, is create and distribute a product which
is NAMED after some original.
the usual way how to find out the details is to just ask the possible
right holders.
especially when it comes to ROLAND almost everything is risky,
even after a contract was made. :)
