With Cocoa, you have the option of Objective-C++, which lets you
freely mix the two languages. Just in case you didn't know. But you
wouldn't get away without learning some Objective-C. Obj-C is easier
to learn than C++, though, and built on plain C. You should ask this
question on the cocoa-dev mailing list, to see what experiences people
have making applications in (mainly) c++ with a Cocoa GUI.
