The thing that is frustrating to me is that I doubt that this is code-level support. The plugin has no issues when installed cleanly (i.e. delete and install), and runs fine in all hosts tested (VST/AU/AU64/RTAS). So the issue seems to be with some aspect of the installation and/or file structure, but I have been unable to figure out what it is.
