Limiting available sample rates

  • Subject: Limiting available sample rates

Hi,

I've an audio device (kext) that I want to limit available sample rates exposed to clients, i.e. via kAudioStreamPropertyAvailablePhysicalFormats property. Also, I need this to be dynamic :) i.e at one time I might support 44100 only, and at another time I might support 44100, 48000 and 96000 (but not 64000 and 88200)

Ideas?
TIA
/Rob
