Those examples look great, thanks for the link. I can't help feeling that
all we ever really needed was loads and loads of working examples.

I'm also waiting for the Core Audio book.
I started to study all Apple Core Audio examples and converted the examples
from C(++) to Cocoa.

Pearson posted an enormous (400 pp) demo EPUB for WWDC --
http://informit.com/learnmac -- that has the entirety of chapter 7, which
is the >first half our Audio Units stuff. So that's a free look at some
pretty advanced stuff, if you want it.
