I finally got it.
USB write request was rejected as having old frame number,
but the status passed to the callback was kIOReturnSuccess
and only some of frames (for 1 or 2 or 3 ms) were kUSBNotSent1Err.
I checked only status in the callback and not individual statuses of each frame
that's why I could not understand what't happening.
