/Developer/Extras/CoreAudio/AudioUnits/AUPublic/OtherBases is in your
header search path? AUEffectBase isn't actually part of an official
platform SDK; it's part of the pseudo-SDK, pseudo-sample-code that
exists in /Extras/CoreAudio.
