CA on MSWin?

Hello list,

Browsing through my QuickTime installation on MSWin the other day I noticed that a lot of CoreAudio functionality appears to be present, judging from the DLL filenames.

Is there an SDK to use that functionality? I have an iTunes plugin that adapts the sampling rate of the hardware output device to that of the content being played, and I'd love to make a version for MS Windows. It uses AudioDeviceSetProperty with kAudioDevicePropertyNominalSampleRate. Sorry for asking what may be the obvious - I'm away with only my MBP for a while but of course the question had to pop up now O:-)
