Xcode 4.3 - Core Audio headers missing, or inside app bundle?

I got a tweet saying that with the new Xcode 4.3, you needed to use "Open Developer Tool" and add the "Audio Tools for Xcode" (AU Lab and HAL Lab) just to get the CA headers. I downloaded that installer, but didn't immediately install it, so I can't verify this.

(Also, the "Downloads for Apple Developers" page has an NDA nag. Seriously?)

But I don't think my Tweep was right. Looking in the Xcode 4.3 app bundle, I see the equivalent of the old top-level /Developer directory, and the same contents that used to be there. Drilling down a bit, I find headers in the places I expect them, like:

Yuna:~ cadamson$ ls /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS5.0.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/AudioUnit.framework/Headers/AudioUnit.h

Also, I re-downloaded the book code and opened a project in Xcode 4.3 (the AUSpeechSynthesis demo, FWIW), did a clean build, and it ran just fine.

So... false alarm, I guess?
