Thanks. I kind of figured it was just CARingBuffer and friends, but my Tweeps insisted otherwise, even after I rebuilt my projects and looked up the headers inside the app bundle.
Unfortunate that the "More Developer Tools" page refers ambiguously to "CoreAudio headers" as part of the Audio Tools for Xcode package.
Still, I'm going to need to make a last minute change to the book to make sure readers can find AU Lab in chapter 12.
