Good point. I hadn't thought about exactly how to do it in practise, I
just wrote the part about go-betweens to make it clear that I wasn't
going to try to circumvent the "native" property mechanism for AUs. I
have been thinking about different solutions in my head, and was
wondering whether I should just forget all about Cocoas binding
technology, or whether it is a possible path to go.
