The AU templates *never* worked right, which is probably why they
removed them. I'm not sure how helpful this is but Stephan Bernsee has a
modified template here:
http://stephan.bernsee.com/BetterCocoaAU.zip
This is a bit old but I used to use it as a starting point. Not sure how helpful it is today.
