Someone mentioned this on the list a few weeks back, but it was buried in a question about AU templates... I don't think anyone realized at the time that the SDK files were actually missing, at least no one commented...
Seems odd that the audio tools have been posted twice: once in late July with the Xcode 4.4 package and then again on their own in early August - less than 2 weeks later - yet the files are missing in both (and AULab / HALLab appear to be same versions)...
No one here knows...?

OK, I buried the lead there. Let me try again: THE "CoreAudio" FOLDER IS MISSING FROM THE "AUDIO TOOLS FOR XCODE AUGUST 2012" DOWNLOAD. That really screws readers of our book, since we explicitly tell them to download and use the CARingBuffer in order to handle input from AUHAL. I imagine this is bad news for a lot of other projects too. So… what the heck? Did this code move somewhere else on developer.apple.com? Has it been abandoned without notice? --Chris
