Inter-App Audio error when host presses reccord?

I'm using Garageband as an IAA host to control an IAA generator app, and getting this error when ever I press record in garageband.

ERROR:     [0x9bd9000] 68: RealtimeMessenger: trying to enqueue duplicate invocation on message 0x15ed3040

Has anyone encountered this error?  Any ideas on what can cause it?
