You cannot add loops via a property at this time. There are two ways to get the loops you want:
2) Create an aupreset file using AU Lab on the desktop (available from the dev site if you do not have it) and specify the samples to load and loop points that way.

I've seen that the AUSampler is able to loop files when given loop points, however, I generate the notes using MusicDeviceStartNote and didn't found a way yet to add those loop points using AudioUnitSetProperty.
