Say parameter A affects parameter B and the AU correctly notifies the host about
that (via kAudioUnitProperty_DependentParameters etc).
Now:
- the user changes A which implicitly changes B - should the AU notify the host
only about the change to A (and expect the host to check if there was a change
to B) or both about the change to A and B?
- same question as above but when the host initiates the change (generic UI,
automation, etc) - should the AU notify only about the change to A or both for A
and B?
