How to set my driver channels with uniq names

Hi,

I have manufactured a new audio interface and wrote a HAL Core Audio driver for it.
This is a 16 channel interface/driver. I would like to set names for the Inputs and outputs channels -> Mic in 1, Inst in 1 etc. so that in AUDIO MIDI Setup / DAW users will see these names of the channels.

Does anyone know how I can set my driver channels' names?

Thanks,
Yeara
