Expose / hide my driver virtual channels

Hi,
I have manufactured a new audio interface and wrote a HAL Core Audio driver for it.
In my driver, I have few virtual channels and I would like to make these channels NOT visible to users from AUDIO MIDI Setup?
I am using these channels in my mixer app but I don't want them to show up as output/input channels in AUDIO MIDI Setup.
So my driver has 16 Inputs and 16 outputs but I would like to expose only 8 inputs and 12 outputs, Is that possible?

Thanks
