These commands have no equivalent in Darwin 6.x, they were introduced
in Darwin 7.x.
Event though StartupItemContext compiles on Darwin 6.x, it may require
support from mach_init which isn't present in that version (this is
just speculation).

StartupItemContext is only available with Darwin 7.x and later but it
can be compiled on Darwin 6.x.
The "only" problem is that it does not look to work correctly from
what I'm seeing.
Is there a solution to tweak the code to make it work on Darwin 6.x?
The man page for StartupItemContext is stating 2002. 2002 is Darwin
6.x.
