Well, I wanted to get a confirmation on that. At WWDC Apple Engineers told me and my coworker that the limit was 16Mb for Mach-O executables. Apparently this is a CW limitation.

Previously I had been told that the maximum size of an Mach-O executable was 16Mb. Our CFM executable application is considerably larger than that; some 35Mb. Our debug version of that is well into the 50Mb range.

That is a CodeWarrior 8.3 limitation! Mach-O probably has a 2GB or even 4GB limit for your code :-) Therefore you can safely upgrade to Xcode 2.1.

Yahoo!

Whew, that's a load off.

Thanks a lot everyone, I appreciate the information!
