OS is Mac OSX 10.3.9 server, darwinbuild is 0.7.1 (0.7.2 doesn't
build).
I've built and installed perl-25.2.tar.gz but something isn't right.
It appears to run fine with the exception that when I install
modules they're going to a bad location.
If I manually move the files everything appears to function as
expected and the modules are recognized however I shouldn't have to
go through the extra file moves.
Here's a session of updating a module (Archive::Tar)
