streaming QT using RTSP

hi all,

i want to stream QT movies using plain RTSP; any pointers in this direction? I dont want to involve RTP in this. I had been reading RTSP RFC 2326 since two weeks now. It does say that RTSP is independent of RTP but fails to tell in details how we can do it. Any help would be great.
