When I say "not to pay", it means that I don't want to use Mac OS,
hacked (certainly not) or not.
So Darwin just exist for development for Mac OS, but Linux is usable
easily on a Mac Intel. My goal is to use an apple material (qualities
are countless) but not use Mac OS (qualities are countless but license
is too restrictive for my type of use). I will discuss with a sailor for
Imac or Mac pro because call Apple is suicidal about this subject.

First, is it possible not to pay for Mac OS?
Mac OS X is not free, either as in beer or as in speech. You need to
buy a license for it.
Second, if I work on Darwin, will I be able to compile easily for others
systems than Mac OS and use an application as Blender for example?
No.
