Hi,

    Thanks for the initial response. Here the machines configuration.

Target Machiine : PowerBook G4
Deployment Machine : Intel Mac G5
OS : Mac OS X 10.4.9


 I've tried by setting the  boot-args  to "0x14e" and also with
"0x144-v" but no use.

 I've tried to press the Power button along with Apple/Cmd Key. Still
unable to break the Target Machine Kernel Debug Mode.

 Will there be any problem with Two Different Architechture based Mac
( PPC & Intel ).

 Please help me to solve this. Thanks in Advance.
