The file WebKitSupportLibrary.zip contains the headers for CoreFoundation, including the subfolder OSXCompatibilityHeaders
There's only 3 headers in there, but I bet it's what you're after...

You've all heard this before, but nobody has answered:
Where do I get the "OSXCompatibilityHeaders"?
Somebody indicated it may be inside "CarbonHeaders-3.tar.gz" but then
where is that?
An answer like "CF is no longer maintained for cross platform
compatability" would be fine, I just really need an answer of some
kind, thanks.
