The response from mdutil is incongruent. I expected to see "Indexing
disabled", instead i got "Indexing enabled".

What are the ramifications If I do succeed in disabling spotlight on
that index (ie by preventing access to  .Spotlight-V100).
* Can't activate time machine on a spotlight search
* Anything else?
