Hi Noemi,
Check out 'man ftpd.conf'. It seems you want something like,
umask real 022
in /etc/ftpd.conf on the server.
Just tried it here and it seemed to work fine.

permission, exactly  -rw-r-----
How can I do to automatically change the uploaded files permissions?
