Hello,
I have a problem using FTPd.
I use an eMAC with OS X Jaguar version; The FTP Server is Lukemftpd 1.1.
I open the System Preferences and click on Sharing under Internet &
Network. I check the box marked Allow FTP Access and Shared Web
>
From Terminal, I create ftpchroot file with the users.
I go to the System Preferences, Users, New User and I create a new user.
If I prove to connect it to the web, I can.
I see the Apache server saying "It Worked! The Apache Web Server is
Installed on this Web
I connect to the FTP with the user name and password.
I upload a file (i.e. index.html)
If I try to connect to this page (index.html) using a internet tool I cant
see the page, it say me, Not Found. The requested URL /~user/index.html
was not found on this server.
I go to the Terminal and I write ls la and I see my file without read
permission, exactly  -rw-r-----
How can I do to automatically change the uploaded files permissions?
Thank You,
Noemm Gil
