Evening Priti,

I have to upgrade my Panther OS X (for which I already purchased the CD) to Tiger. Do I need to buy the installation CD again ?or is there any way to get Tiger version (Network update or building Darwin kernel for Tiger and running on Panther?)

Yes, you need to buy the upgrade from the Apple Online Store, an Apple Retail Store or an Apple Reseller.
