Take a look at the existing Linux and BSD ports, how they talk to Xen, etc.

Set up a machine (probably running Linux) to get familiar with Xen and to
test-boot operating systems.  If you have a machine mith Intel VT-x or AMD-V
then you may be able to install a fully virtualised Darwin straight away to
play around with.

E-mail email@hidden and ask if anyone there is working on
something related: thele was somebody working on GNU Mach and perhaps you'll
be able to either leverage their code or experience in porting the Darwin
portions of Mach.
