It doesn't have a preset for video ipod (yet) but set the
resolution for
320x180 for widescreen content and it will do the job.
If you use the MPEG4 codec you can rip at any dimension that's less
than 230,400 pixels, so you can do up to 640x360 as well.
Integer multiples of 320 pixels tend to look better than other
dimensions.
Not to mention that Handbrake will rip right from disk to file.
