Get a newer IT community. That is like so 20th century. :)
Back when crypto export was restricted to 40-bits, this was a true
statement. It is less true now... both technology and policy have
significantly improved and most of the restrictions have been reduced or
eliminated.

Its particularly telling, in terms of culture shift, that the AES algorithm
originated with Belgian cryptographers. :)
